Sometimes when I can’t sleep, I have a chat with my good friend Vetiver. This “Oil of Tranquility” (that’s Vetiver’s nickname!) always helps me feel more relaxed.

Me: Oil of Tranquility, I can’t sleep! Can you help?
Vetiver: Of course! I love helping people sleep. First, let’s calm your mind. (Vetiver put on some soothing music.)
