…but there is always room for more! I know that so many people have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. And I recently heard that the CDC called insufficient sleep a public health epidemic, so I thought I would share some of my favorite Aromatherapy recipes for sleep again. You can also learn to make your own blends in Aromahead Institute's Aromatherapy Certification Program. It can be helpful to try several recipes, because different remedies work for different people.
