    Aromatherapy for Muscle Tension and Headaches

    If you suffer from tension headaches, you know they often come with aching muscles.

    I want to share a recipe that uses Aromatherapy for muscle tension and headache relief at the same time.

    This recipe is really convenient because it’s made in an Aromatherapy inhaler. Most of the time when I’m using Aromatherapy for muscle tension, I’ll make a blend you can apply topically. It’s so soothing to massage sore muscles with a therapeutic body butter or oil. But you’re not always in a place where you can spend time massaging yourself (or someone else) with a blend.
