    Frankincense is one of the best essential oils for sleep that I know!

    It’s very talented at helping people feel relaxed, and at calming down cycles of “overthinking” that can keep a lot of people lying awake and staring at their ceilings all night. (So frustrating!)

    But even though Frankincense likes to spend time in peaceful solitude, sometimes it likes to be with friends, too.

    So when Frankincense decided to create a new sleep recipe, it “interviewed” a few of its friends, looking for some of the best essential oils for sleep to partner with.

    Using Vetiver for Sleep: Forever Vetiver Linen Spray

    A hydrosol spray with Vetiver for sleep, relaxation, and calming your mind.

    Sometimes when I can’t sleep, I have a chat with my good friend Vetiver. This “Oil of Tranquility” (that’s Vetiver’s nickname!) always helps me feel more relaxed.

    Here’s one of our conversations . . .

    Me: Oil of Tranquility, I can’t sleep! Can you help?

    Vetiver: Of course! I love helping people sleep. First, let’s calm your mind. (Vetiver put on some soothing music.)

    Me: Ohh, that’s lovely, Vetiver!

    Vetiver: Thanks! Now, let’s cool you down . . . (Vetiver opened the windows in my room and a sweet, aromatic breeze wafted in.)
