Frankincense is one of the best essential oils for sleep that I know!
It’s very talented at helping people feel relaxed, and at calming down cycles of “overthinking” that can keep a lot of people lying awake and staring at their ceilings all night. (So frustrating!)
But even though Frankincense likes to spend time in peaceful solitude, sometimes it likes to be with friends, too.
So when Frankincense decided to create a new sleep recipe, it “interviewed” a few of its friends, looking for some of the best essential oils for sleep to partner with.
A hydrosol spray with Vetiver for sleep, relaxation, and calming your mind. Sometimes when I can’t sleep, I have a chat with my good friend Vetiver.
