If Peppermint essential oil had a "day job," it would probably be an event planner.

Peppermint loves good times! Just open a bottle of the essential oil, inhale the aroma of the cap, and you'll see what I mean—even the scent of Peppermint is bright and refreshing. Peppermint essential oil is an excellent choice for energy, mental sharpness, concentration, inspiration, and feeling positive.

Black Spruce is a beautiful partner for Peppermint. It has a "deep evergreen forest" aroma that is a favorite for many people. Black Spruce is good at stirring up stuck energy, reducing fatigue, and helping you feel restored.

They're both popular around this time of year when many celebrations and fun events occur.

Both essential oils are also great for respiratory support and relieving muscle and joint pain. They reduce inflammation and offer a soothing, cooling effect that feels so good to tight muscles and to aches that seem to settle in your body and don't want to leave!

I want to share a Peppermint and Black Spruce pain relief oil, and diffuser blend with you. You can use them to support your health from multiple angles, reducing physical pain and respiratory congestion simultaneously. And then you'll want to celebrate!

Celebrate! Mint & Spruce Pain Relief Oil

  • 1 fl oz (30 ml) Jojoba Wax (Simmondsia chinensis)

  • 6 drops Peppermint essential oil (Mentha x piperita)

  • 12 drops Black Spruce essential oil (Picea mariana)

Make this blend in a 1 oz (30 ml) glass bottle. Combine the ingredients, shake gently, and massage into sore areas, such as tight muscles or joints that feel achy. This is an incredibly supportive blend for times when you're feeling fatigued and in pain, as though you don't have the energy to do anything fun . . . and your body wouldn't want to cooperate with you even if you did!

Celebrate! Mint & Spruce Diffuser Blend

  • 2 drops Peppermint essential oil (Mentha x piperita)

  • 4 drops Black Spruce essential oil (Picea mariana)

Diffuse this blend when you want to clear congestion and feel more vibrant. It can help you stay healthy during cold and flu season or return to health more quickly if you come down with something.

Why are these blends named "Celebrate!" Because they help you feel good! Another reason is that they have such a beautiful, festive aroma. (Mint and evergreen, how can you go wrong?!) You may even want to use the diffuser blend before a dinner party or holiday gathering.

Enjoy!
