Making a headache oil recipe is a natural, effective way to relieve head pain.

There are many different "kinds" of headaches.

Some headaches are in a single part of your head. Others feel like they are all over your scalp, and even in your forehead and behind your eyes. Some headaches seem to radiate out from your sinuses, and others seem to radiate up from tension in your neck and shoulders.

But all headaches have a few things in common. They cause pain in and around the head . . . and we want them to go away!

Essential oils want headaches to go away, too.

What is the best way to use essential oils for headaches? You can get creative with that! You can use them in your diffuser or make a headache inhaler with them. You can also make a headache oil recipe, which is what I'm going to share with you here.

A headache oil works by calming the muscles around your head, easing physical tension along with emotional and mental tension, so your body can relax and release the pain.

This headache oil recipe is effective because the essential oils are great for calming tension and easing pain.

If you don't have the exact oils in this recipe, you can use any of the essential oils listed below instead. Just stick to 15 to 18 drops total for your headache oil recipe, and you'll do great!
