The delicious indulgences of the holiday season offer a unique opportunity to satiate our taste buds with incredible feasts!

There's nothing quite like the special recipes that people bring out only during this time of year. But sometimes, too much good food can lead to an over-stuffed feeling and leave us reaching for some relief.

Enjoy the holidays with some aromatherapy support! This recipe combines four essential oils - ginger, cardamom, sweet orange, and Roman chamomile for a unique blend of warm spice, zesty citrus notes, and calming florals. Inhale from your inhaler every fifteen minutes before or after eating to get that extra bit of comfort during this special season without anyone even knowing. Step up your holiday wellness routine today with an aromatic treat just for you!

Happy Belly Inhaler for Digestion

  • 5 drops Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis)

  • 4 drops Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum)

  • 3 drops Ginger (Zingiber officinale)

  • 3 drops Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile)

Directions: An inhaler has four parts: a piece of cotton to absorb the essential oils, a sleeve to hold it in place, a cap that snaps shut and seals it all from evaporating, and a lid. You can see me make an inhaler in this YouTube video.

As we conclude, we've discovered the power of essential oils in fostering a happy and healthy belly. It's clear that essential oils are more than just aromatically pleasing - they carry significant digestive benefits that can transform your well-being. Why not experience these benefits firsthand?
