I Love Citrus Essential Oils

I love citrus essential oilsIt's true, I'm having a love affair with my citrus essential oils.

And why not? They're uplifting and supportive . . . of our immune systems! We can use them for cleaning and diffusing into the air. Their aromas are familiar and bright. Citrus essential oils are inexpensive, and great for cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. And how about keeping your cutting board clean?

Need I go on? I could! (All day!)

Those of you who study aromatherapy know that some citrus essential oils are phototoxic (a chemically induced skin irritation activated by light). But did you know that some citrus oils are not phototoxic? If you’ve been avoiding all citrus oils out of concerns over phototoxicity, I have good news.
