Need More Sleep?

essential oils for sleepPeople often ask me about sleep--specifically, how to get more of it! We wrote a post about essential oils for sleep that you can read here.

In addition to the ideas in our previous post about essential oils for sleep, I would add a linen spray. Use the spray on your sheets right before you get into bed. It works like a dream! (Sorry, couldn't resist!)

Linen spray:
2 oz (60 ml) of water
15 drops Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
3 drops Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata)

Spray your sheets and under your pillow . . . and off you go to an aromatic dreamland!

I recommend making this product fresh every few weeks.
