Make aromatic cream blends, room sprays, sinus inhalers, diffuser blends, massage oils and bath salts.  Discover how essential oils are used to maintain health, address acute and chronic pain, and reduce stress.

Shelia Murray, LMT, CCA has completed advanced training in the clinical use of essential oils, both here in the States and in Provence, France, and is a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist.  She is the owner of Holistic Hands Therapeutic Massage & Aromatherapy in Cortland, New York.  She also hosts and teaches healing retreats, workshops and teaches at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, New York.  She holds an Associate's degree in Applied Science with fifteen years' experience in the medical field prior to moving into more alternative healing methods.  She loves to travel, knit and spend time with her family.
