How to eliminate your allergies naturally!

Do you - or someone in your life - suffer from allergies?

No one enjoys having allergies, and even watching someone you care for go through that pain can be as uncomfortable as experiencing the symptoms yourself.

That’s why I’m sharing one of my favorite essential oil allergy blends!

A Natural Allergy Relief Inhaler Recipe

This is an easy-to-make, natural allergy inhaler recipe that you can use for yourself or give to someone who needs it.

The essential oils in this recipe help to clear congestion and calm inflammation quickly so that you can reduce your allergy symptoms and breathe clearly!

Natural Allergy Relief Inhaler

Reduce your allergy symptoms and breathe clearly!

Ingredients
  • 7 drops Frankincense essential oil ((Boswellia carterii)

  • 4 drops Siberian Fir essential oil ((Abies sibirica)

  • 2 drops Balsam Fir essential oil ((Abies balsamea)

  • 2 drops Cardamom essential oil (Elettaria cardamomum)

Equipment
  • Blank inhaler with a cotton or polyester wick

Directions
  • Slide the wick into the inhaler.

  • Drop the essential oils right onto the wick.

  • Snap the plastic bottom into place.

Making an Aromatherapy inhaler doesn't take long at all.

All you do is drop the cotton "wick" into the inhaler's sleeve. Then drop the essential oils right onto the cotton.

Snap the lid in place, and you're done! An inhaler is about the size and shape of a lip balm tube, so this is convenient for a friend or family member to keep in their pocket.

A note on the conifer oils

Don't have one of the conifer oils in this recipe?

You can substitute ANY conifer essential oil you like. They all work great for allergy relief!

However, I do want to mention that if someone has asthma or respiratory concerns, the conifer oils require "evaluation for tolerance."

This means that before you use them in a recipe, you want to give the essential oils a sniff to see if they make your chest feel tight or uncomfortable. If so, the conifers might not be the right choice for you. You can substitute Cedarwood (Juniperus virginiana) essential oil instead.

Nature is our ally. It can support us on the journey to health

Using essential oils and natural methods is a wonderful way to promote health and wellness in your daily life.

As long as you know how to use your oils safely and effectively!

That’s why I want to teach you my method for reducing allergies naturally!

We’re told that if we have allergies, it’s just a fact of life we have to live with.

But when I was experiencing allergies, I didn’t believe I should have to suffer. I believed that if I was having a reaction, it meant my body was trying to communicate something to me . . . and I could respond to its needs with natural essential oil allergy blends.

The blends work. I no longer experience allergies!

I’m sharing my approach and my recipes in a FREE webinar!
